Dr. Thad Fields grew up in the Midwest (KS, NE, CO & WY), attending and graduating high school from Moorcroft, WY. He had plans to attend the Air Force Academy and pursue a career in aeronautical engineering. However, a football injury during his junior year of high school led him into chiropractic. Dr. Fields attended Doane College (University now) in Crete, NE for his undergraduate studies, and then received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in May of 1999 from Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas, TX.
After Dr. Fields graduated, he opened and ran an office in central Nebraska for 15 years, where he saw patients ranging in age from newborns to centurions. He saw patients with a multitude of different ages, interests, and symptoms, but he specialized in athletes and headache patients. Due to his family needs at the time, he then sold his practice and relocated to south central Nebraska where he taught and coached as well as saw a few patients from his home office.
Dr. Fields relocated to the area in early January of 2021. He is really enjoying the Wayne and surrounding communities and has loved getting to know his patients as well as members of the community. Dr. Fields loves his family and spending time with his five children, attending church and church activities, golfing, watching local college and high school sports, as well as singing. You may even catch him singing while in the room with a patient.
